Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) can no-salt-added green beans, drained |
1 (16-ounce) can wax beans, drained |
1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
1 green bell pepper, chopped |
4 green onions, chopped |
2/3 cup apple juice |
1/3 cup cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/8 teaspoon dried whole oregano |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring gently. 2. Combine apple juice and remaining 5 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour over vegetables, stirring gently. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon. |
