This is probably my favorite salad. When I make it I eat it till it's gone-meal after meal. I just love it. Hope you will. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans |
1 (15 ounce) can cut wax beans |
1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans |
1 onion (thinly sliced) |
2/3 cup vinegar |
1/3 cup oil |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Rinse beans in cold water. 2. Drain. 3. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight-covered. |
