Southwestern fruit salad. Great flavors combination and wonderful for dieters. These three fruits blend perfectly together for a special, easy to make salad. Serve with cottage cheese for a complete diet meal. Refrigerate if making ahead, keeps 2 days. Ingredients:
1 haas avocado, cut into bite-sized pieces |
1 mango, cut into bite-sized pieces |
1 grapefruit, cut into bite-sized pieces |
1/2 lime |
Directions:
1. Place the avocado, mango, and grapefruit into a mixing bowl. Squeeze the lime over the fruit, and stir gently until mixed. |
