My mom's homemade dressing. Great in summer time when the weather is too hot for anything but a salad. Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs |
20 ripe olives, pitted |
1 quart mayonnaise |
1 cup catsup |
8 ounces sweet relish |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Chop up eggs and olives. 2. Mix with all other ingredients except mayonnaise. 3. Fold in Mayonnaise gently. 4. Keeps in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks. |
