Easy to make and really tangy. The secret is in finding a great sweet pickle relish to use. (I like McCains, a local brand.) A recipe from my Aunt Kay who was such a great cook. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons white sugar |
2 teaspoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish |
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all together. 2. Bottle and let set in fridge for at least one hr. |
