This is quick and yummy, great by itself, or with added Teryaki Chicken Bowl from Costco (add this separately to food log) 1 serving = 372 grams = 13.125 ounces
Ingredients:
2 large fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup okra
2/3 cup zucchini
1/2 cup fresh basil
1 chicken breast
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp teryaki sauce
Directions:
1. Chop Veggies into bite size pieces
2. Cut Chicken into chunks
3. Combine all in large microwave bowl
4. (Add 1 Teryaki Chicken Bowl frozen - not counted here, but added separtely to food log)
5. Microwave 6 minutes
6. Stir
7. Microwave 5 more minutes
8. Let sit for 2 minutes
9. Serve
