A bit of this and that from the garden for healthy good eating! Ingredients:
6 large fresh tomatoes |
1 cup okra |
1 1/2 cup zucchini |
1/2 cup fresh eggplant |
1/2 cup fresh basil |
14 ounces chicken broth |
10 ounces chicken, meat only |
1/2 cup walnuts |
1 tbsp chicken bouillon |
1 tsp black pepper |
2 tbsp sesame seeds |
1/3 cup diced onion |
1/4 cup minced garlic |
1/4 cup dry onion |
2 tbsp parmesan cheese |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
2 tbsp teryaki sauce |
Directions:
1. chop all veggies to bite-size pieces 2. combine all ingredients in pot 3. bring to simmering boil 4. reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes 5. Turn off heat, let stand for 5 minutes 6. Serve |
