A recipe that includes a little of everything! Yummy! Given to me by someone at church. Before you start the recipe, please note that it makes a LOT of cookies-9 dozen! This recipe also needs to chill overnight (very important-not included in prep times)Great if you need a cookie recipe for a bake sale or to feed a crowd. Ingredients:
1 cup margarine |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup oil |
3 cups flour |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons vanilla |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cream of tartar |
1 cup coconut |
1 cup oatmeal |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup rice krispies |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Mix margarine, oil, sugars and egg together. 2. Add vanilla, mix well. 3. Add dry ingredients, mix well and refrigerate overnight. (This is very important!). 4. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. |
