Wow! My brother Jeff made this for us to snack on this past Christmas Day. All the flavors meld together nicely, and I love the different textures. You won't be disappointed! Ingredients:
1 lb hot pork sausage |
1 (16 ounce) package velveeta pepper jack cheese, cubed |
1 onion, chopped |
1 (3 7/8 ounce) can chopped black olives |
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and onion together and drain. 2. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. 3. Cook on low. |
