Rich and creamy. Sooo good on cold winter days. Something different from the usual hot cocoa and kids like it too. Ingredients:
1 cup cocoa |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup cornstarch |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
3 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk or 4 1/2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Mix together and cook over a double boiler until mixture comes to a boil, mixing well with a wire whisk to get a creamy effect. 2. Pour in small cups. 3. Serve hot. |
