Thick 'n' Zesty Ribs

Ingredients:
4 lbs pork baby back ribs, cut into serving size pieces
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Place ribs in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Rub with garlic salt.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 45 minutes; drain.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over ribs.
4. Bake, uncovered, for 40-50 minutes or until ribs are tender, basting several times.
