4 lbs pork baby back ribs, cut into serving size pieces |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon ground mustard |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place ribs in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Rub with garlic salt. 2. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 45 minutes; drain. 3. Combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over ribs. 4. Bake, uncovered, for 40-50 minutes or until ribs are tender, basting several times. |
