This is the ultimate smoothie. It is so good it should almost be served as a dessert! It has a beautiful purple color, too! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed field berries |
1 banana |
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt |
1 cup milk |
6 ice cubes (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Enjoy! |
