Nothing flat about these cookies! Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter (room temp.) |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
2 eggs (large) |
3 cups flour |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
12 ounces chocolate chips |
nuts, can be added as an optional ingredient |
Directions:
1. Mix butter till smooth. Add sugars to butter, beat till creamy. Add all dry ingredients. Try not to over mix. Using a small cookie scoop (or a teaspoon) drop full rounded spoons onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 8 minutes. |
