This Is So Good...If You Love Blue Cheese As Much As ME!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain dairy yogurt or sour cream
1/4 cup cream style cottage cheese (you can use small curd)
1/4 cup mayonaise
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 - 2 tablespoons of milk (optinal for thinning)
Directions:
1. In A Blender or Food Processor Combine Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Mayonaise, and 1/4 Cup of the Blue Cheese. Cover and Blend or Process Until Smooth. Remove Into A Bowl or Container. Stir In Remaining Blue Cheese, Stir In Milk If Needed to Thin or Leave It Thick. Serve Immediately or Cover and Store for Up to 2 weeks in The Refrigerator. Stir Well Before Using.
2. Makes About 1 1/4 cups
