1 medium onion, peeled and quartered |
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into chunks |
2 stalks celery, cut into chunks |
4 garlic cloves |
20 g oil |
500 g ground beef |
140 g ketchup |
100 g water |
45 g worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Chop onion,bell pepper, and celery 10 seconds/speed 3. While chopping, drop garlic cloves onto whirling blades. Scrape down sides. 2. Add the oil to TM bowl. Saute vegetables 5 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2. 3. Add all remaining ingredients. Cook 15 minutes/100 degrees/speed 1 with MC on. 4. Turn down to 90 degrees when the mixture begins to steam rapidly. 5. Serve over hamburger buns or rolls. |
