I prefer to use yogurt in my hummus - but you can change to feta cheese - or a combination of feta and yogurt. Ingredients:
4 garlic cloves |
30 g olive oil |
45 g lemon juice |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chickpeas |
250 g yogurt, greek style is best |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Drop the garlic onto spinning blades to pulverize. Scrape down and add olive oil. Cook 2 minutes/90℃/speed 2. 2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix 30 seconds/speed 6 or until mixture is a thick paste. 3. Chill thoroughly before using. |
