The Yummiest Banana Pudding |

This is a version of Paula Deen's Not Yo Momma's Banana Pudding. Always a hit!! Ingredients:
12 ounces vanilla wafers |
5 bananas, sliced |
2 cups milk |
5 ounces instant vanilla pudding |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk |
12 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Line the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish with half the cookies and a layer of bananas on top. 2. In a bowl combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld mixer. 3. In another bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk and mix until smooth. 4. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. 5. Add the cream cheese mixture into the pudding mixture and stir well until blended. 6. Pour the mixture over the cookies and bananas and cover with remaining cookies. |
