The World's Smallest Most Delicious Vanilla and Dark Chocolate Protein Bars |

Ingredients:
48 g (1/2 cup) of vanilla whey protein |
24 g (1/8 cup) of vanilla pea protein powder or vanilla casein |
14 g (1/8 cup) of quinoa flour or oat flour |
50 g (10) ground brazil nuts or almonds or cashews |
1/4 cup almond milk |
30 dark chocolate |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and shape the mix into eight mini bars. 2. Then, place the bars in the fridge so they become easier to coat later. 3. Melt 40 grams of 100% dark chocolate (or anything above 70%) in a bain marie (i.e. a glass bowl on top of a pot of boiling water). 4. Once the chocolate has melted, dunk your bars in there one by one to coat them and transfer them to the freezer for 20 minutes or the fridge for a couple of hours until the chocolate sets |
