A great, crisp summer refresher. Ingredients:
lavender sprigs or, if you prefer, mint, pineapple mint or other herb |
ice |
4 ounces crisp, dry white wine, such as sauvignon blanc |
2 ounces elderflower liqueur, such as st. germain |
2 ounces vodka |
club soda |
Directions:
1. Pick a few of the lavender buds from a sprig, and muddle them in 2 highball glasses. Fill with ice, then add the wine, liqueur and vodka and top with club soda. Garnish with lavender sprigs. |
