This is just my favorite way to eat spinach salad. I eat this about 2-3 times a week at work, and a lot of people think it's strange, but hey don't knock it til you try it! Ingredients:
2 cups baby spinach |
1/4 cup cottage cheese |
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds |
1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed |
1/4 cup kidney bean |
crouton |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Put it all in a bowl and eat, I use the pepper LIBERALLY. 2. Enjoy! |
