This is a great soup for those nights when you need a fast meal. Very flavorful! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can rotel tomatoes |
1 (15 ounce) can ranch style beans |
2 (15 ounce) cans campbells minestrone soup |
3 (15 ounce) cans water |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion. 2. Drain. 3. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes. |
