For when your starving, and want a healthy snack! Ingredients:
1/2 banana |
6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Put the banana half into a medium sized bowl. 2. Using the back of a spoon or fork, mash the banana until it is a thick mush. 3. Pour the yogurt into the banana mush, stir well. 4. refrigerate for 5-10 minutes. 5. Enjoy! |
