Hangover or not, this is one yummy drink! French Canadian chef Chuck Hughes came up with this one. won't let me post the garnish of a slice of fresh honeycomb. This extravagant garnish would look great, but most of us can't easily get our hands on a fresh honeycomb. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
6 oranges, juice only
1 cup frozen berries (blueberries or cranberries)
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons high fat yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 small pinch salt
fresh blueberries (to garnish) (optional)
Directions:
1. Put all in blender except honeycomb and whip up.
2. Pour into tall glass.
3. Optional - Garnish with a little rectangle of honeycomb and fresh blueberries on top.
