Ingredients:
2 cups ice |
1 ounce pomegranate juice |
1 ounce coconut-flavored rum |
1 ounce merlot or similar red wine |
1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur, such as st. germain |
edible flower, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice. Pour in the pomegranate juice, rum, red wine and elderflower liqueur. Shake very well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a flower. |
