Ingredients:
1 piece (1-inch; about 1/2 ounce) fresh ginger |
1 (about 4 ounces) lemon, peeled, pith removed and halved |
5 (about 4 ounces) tuscan kale leaves |
1 (about 8 ounces) gala apple, halved, cored and cut into wedges |
1 (small; about 8 ounces) red beet, scrubbed and cut into wedges |
1 (large; about 12 ounces) cucumber, cut into 3-inch pieces |
Directions:
1. In an electric juicer, juice all of the ingredients. Serve right away. |
