Everyone does theirs a little different, but this is how I do mine.. everyone always asks me, why are your burgers so good? now you know Ingredients:
1 lb ground sirloin |
1/2 lb salami, ground |
2 tablespoons steak sauce |
tomato, boullion |
garlic powder |
cumin |
chili powder |
pepper |
sea salt |
i vidalia onion |
Directions:
1. envelope onion soup mix. 2. mix meat and seasomings and patty into burgers, grill until desired doneness. 3. Take onion bun and smear with butter, lay on grill for about 1 minute. Put burger on bun. 4. Ginger's favorite toppings. 5. Pepperjack cheese. 6. alfalfa sprouts. 7. Ketchup. 8. Yellow mustard. 9. steak sauce,. 10. caramilized onions (saute sliced onions with a little brown sugar and cider vinegar). 11. Shredded lettuce. 12. pickle. 13. fresh tomato slices (yellow if you can find them). |
