This drink from the Martini Club is glamorous for an Oscar party, New Years Eve or any other festive occasion. Salut!!!

Ingredients:

1 ounce cognac

1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 ounce cointreau liqueur

chilled champagne (your choice/your budget)

Directions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add first 3 ingredients& shake well.
3. Strain equally into flutes, top with champagne& garnish with an orange twist.
