Don't turn your back at the party because this will be gone in a flash. Yummy, gooey, delicious appetizer sure to be a favorite!
Ingredients:
3 (2 ounce) packages buddig beef (found in lunch meat isle)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 cups of shredded swiss cheese
1/2 bunch scallion
2 loaves italian bread (large)
Directions:
1. Cut out the center of one loaf of bread (use shell as bread bowl and tear up the rest for dipping as well as the other loaf).
2. chop buddig beef into small pieces.
3. chop 1/4 of the scallions (only green part) into small pieces.
4. Mix all ingredients together (except bread obviously).
5. I don't use all the scallions. I put 1/4 into the mix and then put a little bit more on top for color.
6. put mixture into bread bowl and bake 350 for 30 minutes or until bread starts to brown.
7. Enjoy.
