My name is Andrew and my sandwich is bomb. I made this sandwich for the sandwich competition for my school, Joan Farley Academy, in Denver. It's healthy, affordable, easy and tastes good. Ingredients:
1/2 bell pepper, sliced |
1/2 tomato, sliced |
2 slices smoked chicken breasts |
2 leaves lettuce |
4 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese |
2 slices whole wheat bread |
light mayonnaise |
mustard |
Directions:
1. Spread mayo and mustard on each slice of bread. 2. Put cheese on each slice of bread. 3. Toast bread with cheese in toaster oven. 4. Put tomatoes on bread. 5. Put lettuce on bread. 6. Put pepper on bread. |
