I got a list of milkshakes from my friend the nutritionist. I made this alot last summer, because with a whole cantaloup you can actually make several. You can also make this into popsicles as well. Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk |
1 1/2 cups cantaloupes, cut into large chunks |
2 tablespoons grenadine |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 ice cube (optional) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a mixer, blender or other container to liquify. 2. Serve cold. |
