Love this on a fresh garden green salad or dipping sauce. Enjoy! :) Ingredients:
3/4 cup mild feta cheese |
3 tbsp plain yogurt |
1 lemon; juice of |
1 tsp fresh chopped mint |
1 tbsp fresh chopped marjoram |
1 tsp fresh chopped oregano |
1 clove garlic; minced |
cracked black pepper |
Directions:
1. Process in blender the feta, yogurt and lemon until smooth. 2. Fold in the herbs, garlic and pepper. 3. Thin with a little extra lemon juice or water if desired. 4. Serve fresh on salad or for dipping. |
