This is a great refreshing snack or can serve as breakfast in the morning. It is really healthy, too! Ingredients:
1 cup apple juice |
2 cups frozen strawberries |
1 large sliced banana (make sure it is ripe) |
1 cup reduced-fat vanilla ice cream or 1 cup frozen yogurt |
Directions:
