Ingredients:
1 cup apple juice
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 large sliced banana (make sure it is ripe)
1 cup reduced-fat vanilla ice cream or 1 cup frozen yogurt
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
