This one tickles...adapted from Holiday Cocktails, by Jessica Strand. Ingredients:
lime wedge |
superfine sugar |
1/2 ounce midori melon liqueur, chilled |
5 ounces dry sparkling wine, chilled |
Directions:
1. Run a lime wedge around the lip of a Champagne flute. Spread about 1 teaspoon sugar on a saucer or other flat surface; dip the flute to coat the lip. 2. Pour Midori into flute, add sparkling wine and stir gently. |
