The Easiest White Rice Ever |

Use BASMATI rice only-do not substitute Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups water |
1 1/2 cups basmati rice |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Pour water into a medium pot. 2. Add rice and salt. 3. Cook on high heat uncovered, bring to a boil and boil until the top starts to look dry and holes are visible, about 8 minutes. 4. Lower heat to the lowest setting you've got and cook covered for 15 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and leave covered for 5 minutes. 6. Fluff with a fork and enjoy. |
