We have been making this for years...sometimes once a week, it's so good! Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can corn |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can black beans |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
1 lb ground beef, crumbled and cooked |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning |
tortilla chips |
sour cream |
avocado |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a stock pot or crock pot. Heat through. Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream and/or avocado. |
