Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chicken
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
Directions:
1. Shred or dice chicken as desired.
2. Mix with remaining ingredients.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve on crackers or in a sandwich.
