You could not ask for a more simple chicken salad recipe. This chicken is not weighed down with mayo. Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chicken |
1/2 cup celery, sliced |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon sour cream |
Directions:
1. Shred or dice chicken as desired. 2. Mix with remaining ingredients. 3. Salt and pepper to taste. 4. Serve on crackers or in a sandwich. |
