This is the easiest chocolate cake - can easily be mixed by hand - takes just minutes to prepare and sooooo good. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup hot water |
1/2 cup baking cocoa |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 egg |
1/4 cup melted butter |
confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine the first six ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Add egg and butter and mix well.
3. Bake in a greased 8 square baking pan at 350 degrees or til cake tests done.
4. Cool and dust with confectioner's sugar.
