Created by Nopa Bar in San Fransisco. You need to shake the cocktail very hard, almost violently, to be sure that the egg white emulsifies. Ingredients:
2 ounces plum brandy (slivovitz) |
2 ounces apple juice |
1/2 ounce lemon juice |
1/2 ounce cherry flavored liqueur (heering) |
1/2 ounce egg white |
1 dash angostura bitters |
ice |
Directions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full of ice and add all of the ingredients. 2. Shake very hard for 30 seconds and strain into a small wineglass. |
