The Dove's Nest White Chili |

Ingredients:
2 can(s) cannellini beans |
2 cup(s) chicken stock |
2 cup(s) cooked chicken |
1 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice |
heap of cilantro |
1 jalapeno sliced |
1 med. onion chopped |
3 clove(s) minced garlic |
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano, cumin |
1 jar(s) salsa verde |
2 can(s) tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large stockpot over medium high heat. Add the onion. Saute for 3-5 mins. or til softened. Add the garlic. Cook 1-2 mins. Add tomoatoes, salsa verde and jalapeno. Cook till softened., stirring constantly. Add the stock, chilies, chicken, oregano, cumin, cilantro, beans and lime juice. Cook till thickened and heated through. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream, cheese, chips. |
