a salsa like dip that is simple but oh so delicious! Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans |
1 (16 ounce) can white corn |
1 red pepper, chopped |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 red onion, chopped |
2 avocados, chopped |
1/2 cup cider vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup oil |
Directions:
1. combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl. 2. on the stove top, combine the last three ingredients. cook until the sugar dissolves, while stirring constantly. 3. once cooked, pour over veggies, mix and refrigerate. |
