a salsa like dip that is simple but oh so delicious!
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 (16 ounce) can white corn
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
2 avocados, chopped
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
Directions:
1. combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl.
2. on the stove top, combine the last three ingredients. cook until the sugar dissolves, while stirring constantly.
3. once cooked, pour over veggies, mix and refrigerate.
