The Creamiest Mushroom Soup |

A Mouthwatering Creamy Mushroom soup. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 heaped tbsp butter |
1/2 punnet fresh mushrooms, chopped |
1 tin mushroom soup |
2 tins water |
1 pkt mushroom soup |
250ml milk |
125ml cream |
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped for garnish |
salt and black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Saute Onion and Mushrooms in Butter. Add Tin of Mushroom Soup and 2 Tins of Water. Boil for 10 min. 2. Add the Packet of Soup and make into a thin paste. (As per instruction on packet) 3. Add Milk. Boil for 15 min. 4. Season with Salt and Pepper. 5. Add fresh cream and blend well. 6. Leave for 5 min. and garnish with Parsley. 7. Serve with crusty brown bread. |
