An original version that tastes like heaven. Ingredients:
4 lbs boneless beef roast |
shortening |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's tomato soup |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 large garlic clove, chopped |
Directions:
1. In large heavy pan, brown pt roast in shortening. 2. Pour off fat. 3. Stir in tomato soup, onion, & garlic. 4. Cover & simmer 3 hours or until tender. 5. Stir & skim off fat. 6. Thicken gravy, if desired. |
