The Broccoli And Everything Salad |

Easy recipe. Use low fat or full fat for a crunchy tasty brocolli salad. I also add thinly sliced mushrooms too Ingredients:
3 cups raw broccoli, chopped |
1 cup seedless raisins |
2 strips lean canadian bacon cooked |
1/2 cup red onion, chopped |
vegetable dressing |
1/4 cup low calorie mayonnaise |
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1/4 cup sugar ( or use sugar sub ) |
1/2 tsp. vinegar |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, raisins, cooked diced bacon,and raw chopped onions. 2. Add dressing to combined ingredients, and stirto coat evenly. 3. Ready to eat or chill. 4. Dressing: 5. Combine ingredients and stir well. |
