This is from a cookbook called Jerk From Jamaica. Ingredients:
2 cups ice |
1 1/2 ounces vanilla rum |
3/4 ounce grand marnier |
1 1/2 ounces blue curacao |
6 ounces pineapple juice |
pineapple slice |
Directions:
1. Place the ice in a blender and add the vanilla rum, Grand Marnier, blue curacao, and pineapple juice. 2. Blend until the ice is a slushy consistency and pour into two large martini glasses. 3. Garnish with pineapple slices. |
