Ingredients:
2 cups ice
1 1/2 ounces vanilla rum
3/4 ounce grand marnier
1 1/2 ounces blue curacao
6 ounces pineapple juice
pineapple slice
Directions:
1. Place the ice in a blender and add the vanilla rum, Grand Marnier, blue curacao, and pineapple juice.
2. Blend until the ice is a slushy consistency and pour into two large martini glasses.
3. Garnish with pineapple slices.
