I got this recipe from my friend Pam. She brought these cookies to me when I was in the hospital after the birth of my daughter. I shared them with NO ONE! Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup butter |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
8 ounces english toffee bits, i think this is the size of the bag |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Roll them into 1 inch balls. Flatten them slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. |
