The Best Toasted Muesli

Delicious and I don't add the sultanas as my children dont like them.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
250 g sultanas
1 cup wheat germ
750 g raw oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
250 g dried fruit
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup barley
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup roasted buckwheat groats
Directions:
1. Place oats on an ungreased oven tray, bake in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes, stirring several times, until oats are golden brown (take care as they burn easily). Cool.
2. Toast coconut, seeds and almonds on a dry frying pan, tossing to prevent burning. Cool.
3. Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
