Delicious and I don't add the sultanas as my children dont like them. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced almonds |
1/3 cup sesame seeds |
250 g sultanas |
1 cup wheat germ |
750 g raw oats |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
250 g dried fruit |
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds |
1/2 cup barley |
1 cup coconut flakes |
1/2 cup roasted buckwheat groats |
Directions:
1. Place oats on an ungreased oven tray, bake in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes, stirring several times, until oats are golden brown (take care as they burn easily). Cool. 2. Toast coconut, seeds and almonds on a dry frying pan, tossing to prevent burning. Cool. 3. Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. |
