this is a wonderful and different party dip that wont be forgotten. serve with any totilla chips and enjoy Ingredients:
dressing |
1 cup sugar |
3/4 cups apple cider vinegar |
1/4 cup oil (i used light olive oil) |
salt and pepper to taste |
salsa |
1 cup celery (finely chopped) |
1 cup red pepper (finely chopped) |
1 cup onion (finely chopped) |
sm jar of piminto |
2 cans shoepeg corn |
2 cans small green chillies |
1 can black eyed peas |
1 can black beans |
1 can gorbanzo beans |
Directions:
1. Heat in a small saucepan: 2. apple cider vinegar, oil, and sugar until all the sugar id desolved. add salt and pepper to taste. set aside 3. In a large bowl combine (rinse all canned and jarred ingredents) 4. celery 5. red pepper 6. onion 7. shoepeg corn 8. piminto 9. green chillies 10. black beans 11. gorbanzo beans 12. plack eyed peas 13. pour dressing over salsa stir well and refrigerate for 24 hr before serving |
