My mother introduced me to this steak and I have been making it ever since. Ingredients:
4 peppered steaks |
3 cups italian dressing |
1 pinch salt and pepper |
1 teaspoon of montreal steak spice |
1 teaspoon oxo beef cube |
Directions:
1. Mix Italian dressing and all of your spices together and add steak let marinate for as long as you can the longer the better. 2. Preheat oven to 350°F and cook until pink is gone. this dish is best served with rice. |
