This is a receipe I make every fall,everyone asks me when I'm making it and I make alot.i do not use cloves my family doesn't like it. Ingredients:
2 cups of canned pumpkin |
1 cup canolla oil |
3 cups sugar |
4 eggs,beaten |
31/4 cups unbleached flour |
1 tsp.baking powder |
1 tsp.baking soda |
1 tsp. nutmeg |
2 tsp. cinnamon |
2 tsp. salt |
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)or more if desired |
Directions:
1. Mix ingrediants well 2. Pour into 2 greased bread pans. 3. Bake for 1 hour in pre-heated 350 degree oven. 4. Cool and slice. 5. Makes 2 loaves. |
