I found this recipe in a KRAFT magazine. These sound not only easy but tasty. I'm saving the recipe here for next time I have grandchildren over for dinner. Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef |
1 (6 ounce) package chicken flavor stuffing mix |
1 1/4 cups water |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line two baking pans with 1 edges with foil and spray with cooking spray. Mix ingredients together until blended. Shape into 32 meatballs using 1/4 cup of mix per meatball. 2. 2. Place 16 meatballs on each sheet. Bake 16-18 minutes or until done. 160 degrees. 3. 3. Use 16 meatballs to serve four. Freeze the other 16 meatballs for later use. |
